TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAMWORK

Career TEAM is thrilled to have the opportunity to share such an incredible success story out of Jackson, TN, thanks to our TEAM and Career Advisor Brandi Maness! Coach Livingston had a history of Coaching College Football and was a part of Lane College Staffing when a Head Coaching change led to him bringing on new personnel. Livingston started coming into the American Job Center and met with Brandi Maness. From there, Brandi was able to set up an area for Coach Livingston to participate in job interviews on-site. She provided him with a room at the American Job Center including a whiteboard set up to showcase his football plays visually. Brandi not only assisted him in his job search but also helped Coach Livingston acquire his own private coaching business, 7 Rule Quarterback School. Livingston then made the decision to move to Delaware to stay close to his family. He described how each day he would go out to Delaware State University which led him to have an assistant coaching position working with the tight ends. He shared how acquiring this job would not have been possible without the help of Brandi or the American Job Center. Brandi provided her thoughts on Coach Livingston saying, “He was very ambitious and was going to get a job and was going to coach!” This is what Workforce Development is all about and we are so incredibly grateful for our dedicated staff members like Brandi Maness! Congratulations to Coach Livingston and we wish him the very best. #footballcoach #delaware #football #ncaa #careeradvisors #careerteam #workforce
